Establish Your Company - $300

Whether you own a version of QuickBooks or you prefer for me to maintain your company's accounting file, I will provide bookkeeping services to establish an accurate record of your financials so you can focus on the growth of your company

  • Establish or clean up customer and vendor lists

  • Establish or clean up chart of accounts and items list

  • Design invoice and report templates to compliment your business style

  • Provide simple bookkeeping service for current month and one month prior


Simple Bookkeeping - $190/month

Let me turn your shoe box of crunched receipts into a monthly snapshot of your company's finances.

  • Input Transactions - Enter transactions into your bookkeeping system monthly.

  • Assign Items to Appropriate Accounts - Assign all transactions to appropriate income and expense accounts.

  • Bank Statement Reconciliation - Primary bank statement and primary credit card statement reconciliation.

  • Vendor and Customer Files - Maintain vendor and customer files for all those you do business with.

  • Profit & Loss Statement - Monthly profit and loss statements provided for your review.

  • Year-End Report - Provide you with an annual profit and loss statement needed to prepare your taxes.

  • Financial Consultation - Up to 2 hour per month of financial consultation included.

  • Priority Attention - When tax season gets hectic, you'll be at the top of my list!


In-House Accounting - $320 (6 hours per week)

Do you spend too much time creating invoices and tracking payments?  Would you like help organizing your company's financials but don't want to deal with the hassle of hiring and training part time help?  Let me ease your worries!  I come to you and offer all of the benefits of my 'Simple Bookkeeping' package plus the following.

  • Accounts Payable - Generate vendor payments and then prepare them for mailing or delivery.

  • Accounts Receivable - Invoice your customers and manage collection as necessary. I can receive your payments and prepare them for deposit. Also send reminders to each client who is falling behind on payments.

  • Assist with Cash Management - Manage/establish the receipt of cash, receive it into your accounting register and prepare it for deposit.

  • Assist with Cost Control - Analyze your financials and advise accordingly if you appear to be paying too much for specific items or services.

  • Face to Face Contact - Dedicated time each week to discuss financial matters.

  • Prior Month Financial Data: $95/month - this add on includes the entry of banking or credit card transactions from the month's prior to your setup.

  • 1099 filings: $20 each for the first 10, $8 each after 10

  • Additional Bank Statements: $25/statement - secondary bank statement transactions will be added and reconciled

  • Additional Credit Card Statements: $25/statement - secondary credit card statement transactions will be added and reconciled

Tax Preparation Packages

  • Personal Tax Preparation: 1040EZ or 1040 (w/related worksheets) Form 8962 and Sch A

  • Business Tax Preparation: 1040 (w/related worksheets), Form 8829, Form 8962, Sch A, Sch C and Sch SE
