Whether you own a version of QuickBooks or you prefer for me to maintain your company's accounting file, I will provide bookkeeping services to establish an accurate record of your financials so you can focus on the growth of your company

Simple Bookkeeping - $190

Let me turn your shoe box of crunched receipts into a monthly snapshot of your company's finances.

• Input Transactions - Enter transactions into our system monthly.
• Assign Items to Appropriate Accounts - Assign all transactions to appropriate income and expense accounts.
• Bank Statement Reconciliation - Your bank statements can be mailed directly to Wilson's for reconciliation.
• Vendor and Customer Files - Maintain vendor and customer files for all those you do business with.
• Financial Statements - Monthly financial statements provided for your review.
• Year-End Reports - Provide you with the information needed for you or us to quickly and inexpensively prepare your taxes.
• Tax Consultation - Up to 1 hour per month of tax consultation included
• Discounted Tax Services - Receive client pricing on your 1099 filings and tax return including 1040, Schedule C and Schedule A
• Priority Attention - When tax season gets hectic, you'll be at the top of my list!

In-House Accounting - $220 (4 hours/week) or $320 (6 hours/week)

• Accounts Payable - Prepare your checks for signature by you or us then prepare them for mailing or delivery.
• Accounts Receivable - Invoice your customers and manage collection as necessary. We can receive your payments and deposit them directly into your bank account if you desire.
• Assist with Cash Management - Send reminders to each client who is falling behind on payments.
• Assist with Cost Control - Analyze your financials and advise accordingly if you appear to be paying too much for specific items or services.
• Face to Face Contact - Dedicated time each week to discuss financial matters

Organize Your Home Finances - $45/hour

No business finances, no problem!  Dealing with home finances can sometimes be just as stressful, if not more stressful than keeping track of business finances.  I have created a way to organize your monthly bills and find balance between paychecks.  I will even create an amortization schedule for your debt to show what date you will be at $0!  With one customized spreadsheet package that can tell you exactly when bills are due and what is left over from your paychecks; best of all you control it.  I have personally used this method for years and wouldn't be able to track my personal finances any other way.  Let me show you how.
